Married♥ | Yu/Stocking.
As the spoon half filled with curry, and half filled with rice went into her mouth she heard his words. The instant blush that plastered on her cheeks was far greater than anything else. Pulling the spoon out of her mouth as she swallowed down the food she wasn’t sure how to answer what he had just said, if she even needed to. Her face surely did that for her. Having him call her beautiful so randomly, so forwardly made her heart beat rise.
“You could spend even a fraction of that time looking at me, and I’d still be happy.” She said in a soft tone as she gave him a bashful grin. Putting down the spoon onto the now empty plate Stocking looked him over as he spoke up about the movie. Her choices were too many to actually pick on the spot so she rose up from the chair, with the plate in her hand. “Let me think it over while I put this away.” She said in a loving tone as she waltzed into the kitchen placing the plate into the sink.
“You did say you’d watch whatever I wanted, right baby?” Asking this as she peeked her head into the dining area giving a smile. “Come with me.” She said as her hand reached out for him. Dragging him along with her into the bedroom she looked over to the bed. “You relax. I’ll put it in.” Motioning with her fingers for him to do as she said she quickly ran over to the shelf of movies wondering which one would be the absolute perfect one for tonight. Something scary of course… But not something so bad that she would have nightmares.
Moving away from the shelf with a movie in hand she popped it into the player and nested up onto the bed beside Yu. Snuggling herself into a happy position beside him she pressed play and grinned. “Horror movies are all in good fun… especially remakes of old classics.” She said with a giggle in her voice as she watched the opening to the movie. “Friday The 13th is okay with you, right?”
“Ah.. you’re adorable, Stocking-chan,” he said quietly as he watched her collect her dishes and silverware, bringing it to the sink. He stayed seated, pursing his lips as he thought of what to watch. Seeing her head peek in and question with that same beautiful smile brought one to his face as well, his heart beat quickening by perhaps a few more beats than he thought.
Yu took a deep, calm breath- shutting his eyes and nodding. “Of course, anything you want, Stocking-chan. As long as I’m with you, everything’ll be fine.” And then of course, he opened his eyes. Feeling her hands envelop around his, he smiled bashfully and followed after her, kissing the top of her head as he walked towards the bedroom with her.
Sitting on the edge of the bed as she shuffled along to put in the DVD, he blinked and rubbed the back of his head. He pushed himself up and slowly sat against the back board, leaning back on his hands and raising a brow. “Ah~ This’ll be fun,” Yu said as he smiled and sat back a bit lower, not leaning on his hands any longer. Feeling her sit down beside him, he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and nestled closely, shutting his eyes halfway as he rested his head on hers, kissing at the top of her head once more as she pressed play.
“Friday the 13th? I saw the remake once.. interesting choice, love,” he said with a smile. “I’ll protect you in case you jump..~”
